Be Yourself – Mermaid Fantasy for Reneabouquets

Summer is here and there is an ocean breeze in the air! At least that is what I hope viewing this card inspires in you. Stopping by to share my latest make for Reneabouquets.com. Renea is filling the shop with all things ocean-filled! Beautiful Board, Printed Beautiful Board, Pearls, Mermaids, lace, glitter…if it is in the ocean, she has it and it is oh-so-much-fun to create with all of it!

For my card, I began with a 6″ square base and digital design papers (Raspberry Road) that I knew would so compliment Renea’s products. I covered the smallest of the Shell Chipboard Tags set with design papers and distressed all in Salty Ocean, Vintage Photo distress inks. Next I added cheesecloth and glued the most exquisite Beautiful Beads in “Mermaid Tail”. I also added some Glass Glitter in Patina. I stamped a sentiment from Stampelglede using a mix of black and Salty Ocean Distress ink.

On top of the tag, I distressed and attached the Beautiful Board Shell Border and added another Beautiful Bead. Last I propped my Printed Beautiful Board Mermaid using Renea’s Beautiful Board Laser Cut Circles which are great for adding dimension! As always, the best part for me is adding the gorgeous mulberry paper flowers. All of these beauties are available in Renea’s shop. Here is a peek of the products used to make this card.
