Christmas Angel

Christmas Angel

Stopping by to share another card I created for Christmas. I dug into my special paper stash and decided to incorporate Pion papers once again. The 6×6 papers feature four designs that coordinate so beautifully with one another.

I embellished the card with a painted and embossed chipboard frame on top of beautiful Venice lace and Christmas sentiment stamped with Altenew Jet Black Mixed Media ink– wonderful for stamping on vellum- just heat set with heat gun, no embossing powder needed. I hand-sewed some excess lace bits and gathered them into little circles on which was the basis for the roses and I love how the lace peeks out between them.

I also wanted to incorporate the most Printed Beautiful Board angels from Reneabouquets.com. I was so fortunate to work on her design team for a short time and while I had purchased some of her unique products, as a designer, I got to see even more of the stunning papers, flowers and her one-of-a kind “Beautiful Board” and Printed Beautiful Board only sold in her shop. You won’t find chipboard that compares in beauty and how sturdy to accept all types of media.

This card is available in my ETSY store. It is encased in a lovely Goat gift box with acetate window.

Thank you, as always, for your kind comments. Have a great day!
