Welcome to another fun challenge at STAMPTACULAR SUNDAYS! Before I announce our theme for this week, I want to remind you that last week we added a new twist to our challenge. As promised, each week STAMPTACULAR SUNDAYS is choosing three participants to win our TOP THREE BADGE to display on their personal blogs! Will it be you this week? You’ll never know unless you jump right in and join our Stamptacular fun!
Now, onto our challenge for this week… our theme is…
For this week’s challenge, you will create a card or project that uses at least 3 different pattern papers. You are welcome to use more but no less!
You will have from now until midnight (EST) August 4th to complete this challenge
and post a DIRECT LINK to your submission into our InLinkz in order to be entered into the drawing for this week’s fabulous prize and
be eligible for our Top 3 Winners! This week’s sponsor is TOTALLY STAMPALICIOUS... The winner, selected randomly, will win a $15 Gift Certificate!
This little ballerina is colored with copics and outlined with Pebbles Iridescent chalk and Cream Viva Decor Pearl Pen. As you can see, her outfit is coated with Stickles. When I want a more glittery look (can you have too much???), I go for the Stickles (Diamond, my fav). The three design papers came from the same pad, “My Minds Eye, Miss Caroline, All Dolled Up.”
I even cut the Memory Box Catalina Wreath
die out of the back of one of the papers so maybe I get points for a fourth layer! I saw the die cuts being made out of design paper on a number of blogs this week and I thought I would give it a try.
The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts, and I cannot recall where I bought the organza rose/gem ribbon trim. I will search out where I bought it, and, yes it is ONE piece! Last, but not least, the stamped sentiment is from Pink by Design, “Small Things” set.
For more inspiration and to learn more about our challenge, visit the creations from the STAMPTACULAR SUNDAYS DESIGN TEAM.
This is a great opportunity
to mix, match and show off all that beautiful design paper we love to buy (hoard)!
We hope to see your card or project this week. Thanks,as always, for your kind comments! Have a great day!
