Reneabouquet Vintage Mother’s Day Card

Reneabouquet Vintage Mother’s Day Card

Happy Thursday!  I am happy to share that I am now a regular member of the Reneabouquet Design Team. I was thrilled to be asked to guest design for Renea a few months ago and now I am here to share her stunning products with you each month, with the hopes that I can inspire you to create her unique items.  Renea has an online shop filled with her own unique “beautiful board” and “printed beautiful board” along with designer items and the most one-of-a- kind embellishments. Links to her shop and the items I used are below!

I created this vintage Mother’s Day card with Renea’s Open Frame Trellis Printed Beautiful Board as my inspiration.  It is open on one side and comes with a separate “rose” that you can add anywhere else along the trellis.  I printed out a beautiful vintage image of mother and child as my focal point. (HINT: I laminate all photos  I use on my projects. It allows me to embellish without fear of ruining the photo with glue, glitter or touch.) here  and ETSY Reneabouquet here

The beautiful Butterfly Lace Embellishment on the left of the card can also be found in Renea’s shop and in other stunning colors. I dabbed Vintage Photo distress on the butterfly to give it a “tea stained” look as well as the design paper edges.  Beneath the photo, I added Ivory Wide Floral Lace  and Renea’s Red Flatback Pearls.

The papers are sadly no longer available. They were the last of my Blue Fern Studio’s “Love Story” but Renea has some Blue Fern lines just as stunning in her shop.

Have a great day and thank you, as always, for your kind comments.
